Appointments & Booking All appointments must be booked through our online booking system, by phone, or in person.We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to your scheduled appointment to ensure full service time.Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.

2. Cancellations & No-ShowsCancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee of [Insert % or $ amount].No-shows may be required to prepay for future appointments.

3. PaymentsWe accept cash, debit/credit cards, and mobile payment options.Discounts (such as cash discounts) will be clearly stated at the time of payment.All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Refunds & Redo Policy Services are non-refundable.If you are unsatisfied, please notify us within 48 hours so we can offer a complimentary fix or adjustment. Retail products may only be returned if unopened and unused within 7 days of purchase.

5. Health & Safety We maintain strict sanitation and hygiene practices for the safety of all clients.Please inform your nail technician of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with contagious conditions (fungal infections, open wounds, etc.) for the safety of our staff and other clients.

6. Gift Cards & Promotions Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

7. Liability Sugar's Nail Shack is not responsible for any allergic reactions, injuries, or damages caused by failure to disclose medical conditions, allergies, or aftercare neglect.Clients are responsible for following proper aftercare instructions provided by their technician.
